Haffey Investment Company was founded in 2007 by Scott Haffey with a $25,000 investment. Today, Haffey Investments Company’s real estate investments have led to over 85MM+ in developed properties, all in house, without outside equity. The firm has evolved from humble beginnings to position itself to become a major Philadelphia developer and is in the beginning stages of raising outside equity and joint partnerships.

After working in the finance industry early in his career Scott’s entrepreneurial and interest in real estate took over and he left his position at PWC to start his real estate development career. Scott is immersed in every aspect, of the development process, and manages the business with a hands-on approach, being on sites almost daily and continually working to resolve issues and to learn new technological advances in the industry. Scott has accumulated nearly two decades worth of valuable experience from the financial side of the business to the physical construction of buildings as well positioning him to continue to grow Haffey Investment Company.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor Degree in Finance with honors, and holds an M.B.A from Temple University.
